As the Office & Experiences Manager, you are the architect of our daily environment and the heartbeat of our culture. Reporting directly to our NYC-based Chief People Officer, you will ensure our Flatiron HQ and Paris hub aren't just offices, but high-performance centers where people do the best work of their lives.

Workspace Operations
Oversees daily office facilities in NYC to ensure a functional, high-standard workspace.
Directs maintenance, cleaning, and office vendors to uphold premium office conditions.
Coordinates workspace allocations and layout plans to optimize our people’s impact.
Manages office security systems and safety protocols to protect our people and assets.
Employee Experience & Onboarding
Run an engaging onboarding journey to accelerate new hire ramp-up and retention.
Organizes high-impact company events and activities to drive engagement.
Oversees community outreach programs to build Vibe’s brand presence.
Communications & Logistics
Manages internal communication channels to distribute key information.
Optimizes travel arrangements for global events to ensure seamless team mobility.
Controls office-related budgets and expenses to maximize ROI on culture spending.
You have managed operations for an office of at least 100+ people in a high-growth tech environment.
You have managed office searches and office move projects to completion
You have designed and executed a structured onboarding program for at least 50+ hires per year.
You have professional experience managing vendors and negotiating service contracts.
You have coordinated complex logistics for company-wide events (200+ attendees).
Experience managing a distributed or international office footprint (e.g., US and Europe).
Experience using internal comms tools like Slack, Notion, or specialized HRIS platforms.
Fluency in French.

Compensation includes a base salary range of $130,000-$160,000, with flexibility depending on experience and skill set, plus bonus eligibility.
