Office Manager/Bookkeeper
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate daily office operations, records management, filing, supplies, and clerical functions.
- Process customer orders, PO searches, pricing inquiries, account research, and daily reporting.
- Review records and reports for accuracy, completeness, and timely processing.
- Prepare reports and administrative support materials for management.
- Assist customers with billing questions, account issues, and credit requests.
- Maintain relationships with customers and vendors.
- Support onboarding and training of new office employees.
- Manage credits on hold and ensure timely resolution.
- Audit daily transfers and update open order, held order, pending order, and COD reports.
- Accept and post payments and obtain check and credit card approvals as needed.
Additional Inventory Responsibilities:
- Review and maintain cycle counts.
- Process inventory adjustments and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Support inventory accuracy through regular audits and issue resolution.
Qualifications

- CSD experience preferred.
- Industry experience a plus.
