DescriptionOffice Manager & Executive Assistant to the CEO (New York)

Money is becoming software. That changes everything about how it has to be protected. Stablecoins, tokenized assets, and payments made by AI agents are moving real value at machine speed. That’s where Blockaid comes in. We build the security technology behind how money moves. Coinbase, MetaMask, Uniswap, and many of the largest platforms moving money today rely on us to screen billions of transactions and stop fraud, scams, and hacks before they reach a single user.

We’re backed by investors including Sequoia Capital, Ribbit Capital, and Cyberstarts, firms behind some of the biggest names in cybersecurity.

Our New York office is the center of our US operation, and it is growing. This onsite role keeps that office running and keeps our CEO running at full speed.

About the Role:

Office and workplace

  • Keep the office running day to day: supplies, kitchen, mail, deliveries, equipment, repairs
  • Own the building relationship, the office budget, and vendor sourcing and management
  • Run the in-office rhythm: happy hours, celebrations, and team events
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding logistics (swag and equipment shipments, desk setup), guest passes, and visits from our Tel Aviv, London, and Singapore teams, customers, candidates and partners

Executive support during our EA’s maternity leave

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, prioritizing and scheduling all events
  • Handle travel end to end: flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries
  • Coordinate communication and follow-ups so priorities are tracked and completed
  • Prepare daily prep materials 5x/week, plus ad hoc meeting materials, presentations, and briefings

Requirements
  • Proven experience as an office manager or executive assistant.
  • Fluent English and Hebrew, written and verbal
  • Strong organization and time management: you hold a dozen threads at once and nothing drops
  • High discretion, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Calm in a sea of chaos, and able to handle time-sensitive priority changes without breaking a sweat
  • A service mindset that makes people feel taken care of
  • Onsite in our Manhattan office

What we Offer
  • A supportive, agile and creative work environment, alongside brilliant colleagues
  • The opportunity to join a startup at the cutting edge of technology, finance and security
  • Healthcare (medical, dental and vision, including fully paid options) with FSA, lunch credits through Doordash, 401(k), PTO, pre-tax commuter benefits, and generous equity

Compensation

The target base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $120,000, with flexibility for the ideal candidate. Where an offer lands depends on experience, skills, and location. Base salary is one component of total compensation, which also includes equity, possible incentive-based pay, and the benefits listed above.
