In This Role
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a seamless onsite workplace experience for employees by managing daily office operations, vendor relationships, workplace safety, and space planning initiatives. You will serve as a key connector across internal teams, facilities partners, and service providers to ensure the workplace runs efficiently and supports a positive employee environment.
You will combine operational execution with a people-focused approach—anticipating needs, solving problems proactively, and helping teams feel supported and connected at the workplace. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working autonomously, and is comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on operational responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Workplace & Office Operations
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure the site runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage office supplies, meeting spaces, workspace readiness, and general workplace logistics.
- Coordinate with building management and facilities teams to address operational needs.
- Maintain the rhythm of daily office activity to ensure employees have a productive workplace environment.
Vendor & Service Provider Management
- Manage relationships with onsite vendors such as catering, cleaning, security, and workplace services.
- Ensure vendors deliver high-quality services aligned with workplace standards.
- Coordinate vendor schedules, service performance, and issue resolution.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Support workplace health and safety initiatives and ensure compliance with safety policies.
- Help coordinate safety programs, workplace protocols, and emergency procedures.
- Promote a safe and inclusive workplace environment for employees and visitors.
Space Planning & Workplace Strategy
- Partner with facilities and operations teams on office space planning and layout optimization.
- Support workspace moves, expansions, occupancy planning, and site changes.
- Help improve the physical workplace environment to support team productivity and collaboration.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, facilities partners, and operational stakeholders.
- Support workplace initiatives that enhance employee experience and workplace culture.
- Collaborate with program teams to support onsite initiatives and employee engagement efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in workplace operations, office management, executive support, or similar operational roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated project or operations management experience supporting fast-moving teams.
- Experience working in dynamic environments such as startups, scale-ups, or rapidly growing organizations.
- Ability to work autonomously, anticipate needs, and proactively solve problems with minimal oversight.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to support teams across different levels and functions within an organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in workplace operations, office management, or employee experience programs.
- Background in hospitality, guest experience, or workplace services leadership.
- Experience supporting high-growth or technology organizations.
- Experience working with vendors, facilities partners, and workplace service providers.
- Exposure to space planning, office moves, or workplace expansion initiatives.
- Experience supporting organizations during rapid growth, operational scaling, or major organizational change.
- Demonstrated ability to improve workplace processes and drive operational efficiencies.
Salary Range
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $28.85 - $31.25 USD per hour. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
