  • Execute projects aligned with practice’s strategic priorities, leveraging resources and expertise from across the firm to achieve outcomes.

  • Facilitate leadership and team meetings, ensuring agendas are purposeful, outcomes are tracked, and strategic priorities are clearly communicated.

  • Develop and draft insightful internal communications and comprehensive business cases to support strategic decision-making and investments.

  • Oversee the organization and execution of team events and activities, aligning them with strategic goals.

  • Coordinate and manage global projects that support the practice’s strategic direction and operational framework.

Financial Planning and Analysis:

Human Capital Development:

  • Collaborate with talent management to set strategic recruiting goals, interview senior candidates, and develop data-driven analysis to inform recruiting strategies.

  • Manage onboarding and integration processes for new joiners, especially at senior levels, ensuring alignment with practice goals.

  • Drive employee retention and attrition analyses, developing strategic insights to enhance human capital management.

  • Coordinate the annual performance review process and objective-setting in conjunction with talent management, ensuring alignment with practice’s strategic priorities.

Client/Business Development:

  • Analyze and enhance the practice's commercial effectiveness through strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

  • Support client and client team requests, working collaboratively with departments like Legal, Finance, and IT to address strategic challenges and opportunities.

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies, shaping the editorial calendar, and coordinating event logistics to support practice visibility and client engagement.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Over 5 years of experience in professional services, including strategic project management and client interaction.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives, with strong storytelling and communication skills, proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including familiarity with generative AI and work-optimization tools.

  • Proven track record of building and managing senior stakeholder relationships.

  • Ability to influence and collaborate with colleagues at all levels, including executive audiences.

  • Keen sense for identifying business opportunities and challenges from multiple perspectives.

  • Exceptional quantitative skills, with proficiency in data modeling and analysis.

  • Strong academic credentials paired with excellent communication skills.

  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects, operating independently, and adhering to tight business deadlines.

  • Thrives in fast-paced environments, adept with dealing with confidential matters, and responsive to ad-hoc requests.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and acting effectively with limited oversight.
