As the Onboarding Program Manager, you will own the operational execution of our world-class onboarding experience for GTM sales teams. You will ensure that every new hire in the Revenue org is set up for success from Day 1. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who loves to orchestrate and thrives in a high-ownership, team-first culture.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence: Lead the "backstage" of onboarding. This includes managing the end-to-end logistics for monthly global onboarding cohorts, including assigning lesson paths, liaising with front line managers and setting up calendars across multiple time zones.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for Enablement Managers and subject matter experts (SMEs) to address questions/feedback about Onboarding sessions and content. Additionally, communicate any updates made to the program and schedule to ensure alignment across all regional Field Enablement teams.
  • Content Maintenance: Keep our onboarding materials (decks, recordings, playbooks, and LMS modules) up to date with the latest product releases and internal process changes.
  • Regional Alignment: Work closely with regional leads to ensure the global program is localized effectively while maintaining a consistent "monday" experience.
  • Data & Feedback: Analyze both Onboarding metrics and business performance metrics to identify trends, share insights with the Global Program Manager, and suggest iterative improvements.
  • Iteration & Implementation: Adjust, revamp and develop content within the program as needed, based on strategic direction, business needs and feedback.
  • Administrative Support: Manage the Onboarding Syllabus and Checklist within monday.com, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in full cycle Sales roles and/or Sales Enablement adjacent roles in a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • 1-2 years of experience in Program Coordination or Management
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. You’re the person who catches the typo in a deck or the calendar conflict before it happens.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels of seniority.
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms, authoring tools like Articulate RISE, Highspot and Gong.

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $104,000 - $120,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
