Job Description:

The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all home health aides complete their onboarding via Workday.

In addition, the Onboarding Specialist will submit weekly reports on hiring statistics and may work on other HR projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • HS Diploma or GED

  • At least 1 year HR/Recruitment experience.

  • Superior computer skills. Workday experience preferred

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to multi- task

  • Bilingual Chinese MUST speak Cantonese/Mandarin
