We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Online Sales Representative to join our sales team. The Online Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s services through digital channels, including email, social media, company websites, and online marketplaces.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to build relationships with potential customers while meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company services through online platforms and digital channels
- Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, and social media
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers
- Present and explain company services to prospective clients
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics
- Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales goals
- Basic knowledge of online marketing and digital sales tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
