Join Corcoran New Development as an Onsite Sales Coordinator for one of our new developments in New York City. This fully on‑site role, five days a week, offers a unique opportunity to be immersed in the new development sales process, collaborate closely with a seasoned sales team, and contribute to the successful launch and ongoing sales of a high‑profile project. 
Responsibilities included but are not limited to:

  • Manage incoming guests
  • Manage multiple phone lines and internet inquiries
  • Following pre-determined protocols to prepare sales gallery for the day and close at the end of the day night.
  • Keep reception and sales area neat and ready for visitors.
  • Create, maintain, and distribute internal, project, and corporate reports as directed using our CRM system both daily and weekly. 
  • Assist the Sales Team in all aspects of their day-to-day interaction with clients including greeting agents and potential clients, providing beverages, scheduling appointments as directed, and maintaining inventory of building administration forms.
  • Assist in updating listings as needed in multiple listing services as directed by Managing Director.
  • Perform all daily and weekly reporting and database maintenance.
  • Confirm scheduled appointments with customers and agents one day prior, or as directed.
  • Maintain positive customer-relations attitude and supportive approach to working with on and off-site team members and ancillary professionals.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience in a customer facing sales environment.
  • New York Real Estate Sales License is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
