Operations Analyst - Global Real Estate

Job Description
Join the Global Real Estate Operating Office to support strategic initiatives.
As a Operations Analyst within Global Real Estate, you will support the GRE COO, playing a key role in supporting strategic initiatives and analytics. Your responsibilities will include conducting data analyses, preparing reports, and enhancing team efficiency. You will be instrumental in assisting management and coordinating the team's delivery and reporting on initiatives.
Job responsibilities:

• Conduct analyses to support business decisions, process improvements, and strategic planning
• Prepare routine and adhoc business management reporting and presentations, create impactful presentations and succinctly communicate findings to senior management
• Support implementation of business processes to enhance team efficiency
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal GRE team and partners
• Collaborate with leaders across GRE and Chief Administrative Office to support various strategic initiatives

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in business management, or a related area
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive insights and decisions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute methodically
• Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work with high degree of independence
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Attention to detail with logical thought process
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools (Tableau, Alteryx, Qlik, Python, etc.)
