We’re looking for an Ops Analyst who moves fast, executes with urgency, and thrives in a high-ownership environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting and ensuring a smooth experience for our customers.

What you'll do

  • Conduct KYC/CDD reviews for new B2B customer onboarding, identifying high-risk factors and escalating to legal and compliance as needed

  • Maintain fast turnaround times across the onboarding lifecycle, balancing regulatory requirements with client delivery expectations

  • Partner with internal teams to resolve documentation gaps and drive timely account approvals

  • Support audit and compliance initiatives by maintaining accurate records and adhering to internal control standards

  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements that boost onboarding accuracy and speed

Compensation

$80k base. Total compensation may vary depending on the position offered and location.
