We’re looking for an Ops Analyst who moves fast, executes with urgency, and thrives in a high-ownership environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting and ensuring a smooth experience for our customers.
What you'll do
Conduct KYC/CDD reviews for new B2B customer onboarding, identifying high-risk factors and escalating to legal and compliance as needed
Maintain fast turnaround times across the onboarding lifecycle, balancing regulatory requirements with client delivery expectations
Partner with internal teams to resolve documentation gaps and drive timely account approvals
Support audit and compliance initiatives by maintaining accurate records and adhering to internal control standards
Identify workflow inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements that boost onboarding accuracy and speed
Requirements

Clear written communicator who can defend a risk decision simply
Resilient, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance
Compensation
$80k base. Total compensation may vary depending on the position offered and location.
