Who we are
Findigs is on a mission to make renting work for all of us: to support every path, and simplify the way forward. We’re making every aspect of renting fairer, stress-free, and more convenient by changing the fundamentals of renting.
Our digital rental application offers a safe and seamless way to apply and get approved for your next home. We specialize in developing software and services for property managers nationwide, empowering them to deliver exceptional service to renters, while evaluating applications with unmatched speed and precision.
The Role
We’re seeking a dynamic Operations Associate to partner with our Product, BizOps, and Support leaders to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly and enable Findigs to scale sustainably. As a member of the broader BizOps team, you’ll also play a key supporting role in Findigs’ financial operations and strategy, modeling the financial implications of various initiatives.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Operations and Support, this role is heavily execution-oriented, with exposure to strategic thinking—leveraging data, processes, and tools to ensure our operations are efficient, reliable, and scalable. You’ll be deeply involved in the systems, routines, and metrics that power our product and support operations, and as you grow within the role, you’ll be empowered to take on additional responsibilities including oversight of our international teams, increased influence in forecasting, and opportunities to meaningfully impact our team’s roadmap.
We'd love to hear from you if you’re passionate about driving operational excellence and want to make a tangible impact at a rapidly growing startup. This role will include occasional travel to India and The Philippines.
Please note, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
Where you’ll make an impact:
- Collaborate with the BizOps team to manage day-to-day operations across multiple product teams.
- Maintain and continuously improve standard operating procedures, workflows, and documentation to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability.
- Monitor operational performance metrics and dashboards to identify trends, bottlenecks, and errors, then partner with team leads to design and implement concrete improvements.
- Maintain staffing and operating forecasts for offshore teams, including headcount planning, capacity modeling, and performance reporting to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product leadership and the Executive team on ways to improve product operations.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a quantitative field like Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics.
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, management consulting, finance, or a related analytical field.
- Demonstrated experience owning and improving processes end-to-end, from diagnosing issues to rolling out and monitoring changes.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets experience.
- Experience with analytics or project management tools, such as Jira, Notion, Sigma, Tableau, etc.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with SQL and/or BI tools.
- Familiarity with P&L management and financial modeling.
- Startup experience in an operations or support operations role.
- Knowledge of the rental or real estate industry.
What we offer:
- Location: We operate on a hybrid schedule, with in-office days at our newly renovated NoHo office
- Mission-Driven Culture: A collaborative, high-impact workplace where we challenge each other to grow, innovate, and drive meaningful change.
- Competitive Compensation: Competitive base salary + Pre-IPO equity
- Generous Time Off: We trust our team to manage their own time and workload. That's why we offer a Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO) policy, allowing you to take the time you need to rest and recharge. We also observe all-company holidays.
- Wellness Perks: Health benefits, 401(k) matching up to 4%, monthly gym and tech stipends, and lunch provided every day.
Interviewing with Us
We're committed to making our interview process as effective and candidate-friendly as possible. We use a tool called Brighthire.ai to record our interviews so that our interviewers can focus entirely on the conversation and not get distracted by taking notes. Please note, if you move forward with the interview process, you'll always have the option to opt out of the recording.
We are an equal opportunity employer and, as such, all applicants will be considered based solely upon merit and directly relevant professional competencies.
