The Workforce Operations Associate will partner with the Billing organization to manage contractor performance, support hiring, and resolve operational challenges.

Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our Operations team. You’ll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day execution of our B2C business — helping ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build and deepen foundational operations experience in a fast-growing e-commerce environment. You’ll gain exposure across order management, third-party marketplaces, fulfillment workflows, inventory processes, and post-purchase operations — developing the habits and judgment that drive operational excellence at scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor daily order flow across third-party sales channels and fulfillment partners
  • Update and reconcile order data in our ERP system, identifying and correcting discrepancies
  • Investigate shipment delays, backorders, and address validation issues — escalating when appropriate
  • Support weekly 3PL calls by tracking order accuracy and follow-up items
  • Partner with Customer Experience to help resolve post-purchase issues
  • Track recurring order or return themes and share observations with your manager
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory reporting and documentation
  • Support process documentation and operational improvement efforts

We’re Looking For Someone Who

  • Is eager to learn and open to feedback
  • Takes pride in accuracy and follows through consistently
  • Pays close attention to detail and notices discrepancies
  • Is comfortable asking questions and seeking support when needed
  • Approaches problems with curiosity and persistence
  • Communicates clearly and collaborates well across teams
  • Manages recurring deadlines with strong organization

Preferred Experience

  • 1+ year of experience in operations, supply chain, retail, or e-commerce
  • Experience working in an ERP system
  • Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivots, data cleanup)
  • Exposure to WMS or OMS systems is a plus

What Success Looks Like

In your first 3–6 months, you will:

  • Learn our ERP, OMS, and fulfillment processes end-to-end
  • Execute recurring workflows independently and accurately
  • Demonstrate strong organization and follow-through
  • Flag issues proactively and seek guidance appropriately
  • Build trust with your manager and cross-functional partners

Over time, success in this role looks like:

  • Owning defined workflows with minimal oversight
  • Maintaining consistently clean and reliable data
  • Applying thoughtful, structured problem-solving to recurring issues
  • Contributing small but meaningful process improvements
  • Building a strong foundation for growth within Operations

Compensation

Base salary range: $50,000–$65,000, plus equity.
Compensation is determined based on experience, skills, and market data.

Benefits & Perks

• Up to 100% medical, dental, and vision coverage (employee-only)
• Fertility & family-building support (up to $20,000 lifetime)
• 401(k) with a 4% company match
• 16 weeks fully paid parental leave
• 20 vacation days (25 after 5 years) plus year-round Summer Fridays
• Hybrid work schedule with two core in-office days (Tues–Thurs)
• Remote Thanksgiving week and remote last week of December
• Up to four additional remote weeks per year with approval
• 40% employee discount plus seasonal product allowance
• One Medical, Talkspace, and $1,000 per year via Joon for wellness
• One-month paid sabbatical at five years
