About Polymarket

Polymarket is the world’s largest prediction market platform. We enable individuals to express views on real-world events by trading on outcomes across politics, economics, sports, culture, and current affairs. Built as a peer-to-peer marketplace with no centralized “house,” Polymarket aggregates diverse opinions into transparent, market-based probabilities that reflect collective expectations about the future.

We're growing fast – both in terms of volume ($21B traded in 2025) and adoption as an alternative news source. Our ambition is to become a ubiquitous beacon of truth in global media and we need your help adding fuel to the fire.

Why This Role Exists

Polymarket's operational infrastructure is being built from scratch. There are dozens of processes that need to be documented, projects that need to be tracked, and systems that need to be stood up. The Ops team needs a high-output IC who can take a vague brief — "we need an onboarding process" or "document how market launches work" — and turn it into a clean, usable artifact that the whole company can follow.

What You'll Own

  • Process documentation: You're the person who turns tribal knowledge into written playbooks. How does a market get launched? What's the onboarding flow for new hires? What happens when a VIP client has an issue? You interview the people who know, write it down, and make it findable.

  • Project coordination: Track and drive smaller operational projects — vendor onboarding, tool migrations, internal wiki buildout, data cleanup, policy documentation.

  • Internal knowledge base: Own the Notion workspace structure. Make sure information is organized, searchable, and up to date. You're the person who makes sure the company's institutional knowledge doesn't live in Slack threads and people's heads.

  • Recurring operations: Run recurring operational processes — weekly report compilation, meeting note distribution, action item tracking, vendor invoice processing.

  • Ad hoc support: Be the Swiss army knife for the Ops team. When something needs to get done and it doesn't fit neatly into anyone else's role, you pick it up.

What Great Looks Like

  • Within 30 days: You've documented the top 10 most-referenced processes at Polymarket and they're live in Notion.

  • Within 60 days: New hires are onboarded using a process you built. The internal knowledge base has become the first place people look for answers.

  • Within 90 days: The Ops team is running 30% faster because you've eliminated the "who owns this?" and "where is that doc?" questions.

Who You Are

  • 1–3 years in operations, consulting, project management, or a similar role at a fast-paced company

  • You're an exceptional writer — clear, concise, organized. You can turn a messy conversation into a clean document

  • You're a Notion / docs power user. You don't just use tools, you build systems in them

  • You're proactive — you see a gap and fill it without being asked

  • You're comfortable working across many functions and switching context frequently

  • Interest in prediction markets, crypto, or fintech is a plus
