About the Role
EverPass Media is seeking an Operations Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to members of our executive leadership team and help keep day-to-day business activities organized and moving forward. This is a hybrid position based in New York City, with an expectation of working in the office three days per week.

This is a highly visible role for an early-career professional who is organized, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment. The Operations Coordinator will manage executive scheduling and logistics, support office operations, coordinate meetings and travel, track key follow-ups, and assist with special projects across the business.

The role will work closely with EverPass executives and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across DAZN and other strategic partners, providing unique exposure to senior leaders and the evolving sports and media landscape.

Key Responsibilities: 
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to members of the EverPass executive team. 
• Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, resolve scheduling conflicts, and help leadership prioritize time effectively. 
• Anticipate executive needs, proactively manage competing priorities, and help ensure leaders are prepared for upcoming meetings, commitments, and deadlines.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and related logistics. 
• Prepare and submit expense reports and assist with invoice and administrative tracking. 
• Coordinate executive and team meetings, including agendas, meeting materials, conference rooms, technology, catering, and other logistics. 
• Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups from leadership meetings to help ensure priorities continue moving forward. 
• Own day-to-day office and workplace operations, including facilities, supplies, vendors, visitors, workplace needs, and general office coordination.
• Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues across EverPass, DAZN, and key business partners. 
• Assist with presentations, briefing materials, research, correspondence, and other executive communications. 
• Maintain organized files, contact lists, trackers, and other key business information. 
• Support planning and execution of company meetings, events, leadership sessions, and other employee or partner activities. 
• Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives as business needs evolve. 
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment. 
• Leverage AI and emerging productivity tools to improve administrative workflows, accelerate research, organize information, and increase efficiency across day-to-day executive support.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and help the executive team operate more efficiently. 

Qualifications
• 1–3 years of professional experience in executive support, business operations, office coordination, project coordination, or a related role. 
•  Bachelor's degree preferred. 
•  Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. 
•  Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional approach. 
•  Comfortable interacting with senior executives, external partners, and employees across all levels of an organization. 
•  Proactive and resourceful, with a willingness to take ownership and solve problems independently. 
•  Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. 
•  Ability to exercise discretion when handling confidential business and personnel matters. 
•  Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly. 
•  Interest in sports, media, entertainment, technology, or streaming is a plus. 

Expected Compensation: 
The anticipated range for a new hire into this position is $75,000–$80,000. In compliance with local law, the range above reflects the current hiring range for this position. EverPass takes into consideration the qualifications, skills, and experience of the candidate, expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees.
