We are hiring a Sales Operations Coordinator to support the set up and execution of B2B lead development programs, ensuring accurate data, clean workflows, and smooth day-to-day operations across teams. 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2+ years of experience, operational fluency in HubSpot Sales Hub, and strong Excel skills who wants to grow in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Program Management

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager to keep programs on track and launched accurately
  • Manage HubSpot Sales Hub set up (lists, sequences, pipelines, and workflows)
  • Maintain clean CRM data (QA, normalization, routine updates) and Excel-based trackers
  • Coordinate across Operations, Client Services, and Sales; troubleshoot issues that impact productivity
  • Use AI tools (training provided) to support research, data review, and operational efficiency 

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in operations, sales ops, program ops, or a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot Sales Hub
  • Strong attention to data accuracy and experience working with structured datasets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment with shifting priorities and multiple accounts
  • Experience supporting outbound sales or lead generation programs
  • Must be based in the United States and authorized to work without sponsorship. 

Compensation and Benefits

  • Comp package range: $55K - $60K annual
