About The Role

Fora is seeking an Operations & Enablement Lead, Pro to build and operate the systems, tools, and communications that support our growing Pro Advisor segment. This role sits within Advisor Strategy & Operations and focuses on creating scalable infrastructure that helps high-performing advisors grow their businesses.

You will design and operate the tools, lifecycle communications, and operational systems that power the Pro advisor experience. This includes building performance dashboards, templates and toolkits, automated workflows, and lifecycle communications that help advisors track performance, adopt key tools, and optimize their operations.

This role reports to the Senior Manager of Advisor Strategy & Operations and works closely with leadership within Advisor Experience as well as cross-functional partners across Product Operations, Community, Events, Training, Activation, and other business units.

This is a builder role. Rather than maintaining existing infrastructure, you will design and implement the systems that allow the Pro segment to scale effectively. This is a high-impact opportunity to elevate the Pro experience, directly enabling our top-tier advisors to grow their businesses will have a clear, measurable impact on advisor growth and tool adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the operational execution of Pro advisor programs and communications, ensuring recurring initiatives run consistently and improve over time.
  • Manage and optimize lifecycle communications and email campaigns, including testing, iteration, and performance analysis to continuously improve engagement and outcomes.
  • Build and maintain enablement infrastructure that supports Pro advisors, including performance dashboards, goal tracking resources, CRM pipeline templates, and workflow tools.
  • Develop scalable resources and templates that help advisors operate more efficiently and adopt high-impact tools and processes.
  • Design and implement automations and no-code or low-code workflows that streamline operational processes and reduce manual work.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign operations and lifecycle enablement through internal communication systems and tools.
  • Document and maintain standard operating procedures for recurring programs, workflows, and communications to ensure operational continuity and scalability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across product operations, community, events, training, activation, and other business units to ensure enablement resources align with advisor programs and product capabilities.
  • Analyze program performance and advisor engagement data to identify opportunities for optimization and new enablement tools.
  • Support the operational foundation of the Pro segment so that communications, resources, and programs scale alongside advisor growth.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in operations, enablement, or program management within a startup, marketplace, or member or community-driven organization.
  • Demonstrated experience managing lifecycle communications or email campaigns, including testing, performance tracking, and iteration.
  • Strong data fluency and analytical capability, including advanced spreadsheet work, dashboards, or operational reporting.
  • Experience building tools, automations, or workflows using no-code or low-code platforms.
  • Experience creating operational resources such as templates, toolkits, dashboards, or internal enablement materials.
  • Comfort working independently while coordinating with multiple cross-functional partners.
  • Ability to work in the United States and be based in or willing to relocate to New York City.
Strongly Preferred
  • Experience designing workflows or resources with a strong advisor or user-centered mindset.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across product operations, community, events, or training functions.
  • Strong written communication skills, particularly for operational documentation or advisor-facing resources.
  • Familiarity with CRM pipeline management and operational tooling.
  • Experience using tools such as Typeform, Canva, or Notion.
  • Comfort experimenting with AI tools to improve workflows, productivity, or operational systems.
Compensation

Compensation for this role varies based on experience, with an indicative range of $70k–$100k + equity. Final compensation will depend on the level at which the candidate is hired, as we’re considering multiple levels for this role.
