We're a small team of creative builders in NYC with a rare combination of taste and deep AI expertise. Previously we've shipped consumer products to millions at Apple, DeepMind, Meta, and startups. Backed by the investors behind OpenAI, Cursor, and SKIMS, our company is positioned at the intersection of AI, technology, and culture.

The Role

We're looking for an operations lead to take on special projects and make Doji run smoothly. This role is in-person from our office in NYC.

As Operations Lead you will…

  • Work directly with our founders to execute impactful special projects 

  • Manage customer support and ensure quality and timely responses

  • Analyze data and support and extract meaningful user insights and improve our product

  • Manage contractor teams for AI data collection and product curation

  • QA our product & AI training data pipeline

  • Contribute to the overall product strategy and user experience
