Summary  
The Operations Manager will be central to BAA’s national operations team, supporting the National Director and SVP, Operations and Labor. The ideal candidate will possess an eagerness to learn new skills, great communications skills (written & verbal), comfort with learning new software systems, and is very detail oriented. The ability to fully execute tasks within deadlines and flexibility with changing seasonal workloads and responsibilities are also key to working in this department.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with National Director on season pricing process overseeing pricing of multiple markets
  • Manage final schedule review process
  • Co-manage settlement database
  • Prepare settlement memos for select markets
  • Draft and send e-mails and track action items and deadlines
  • Set up and maintain spreadsheets
  • Edit and organize PDFs in Adobe Pro
  • Data Entry
  • Checking various materials for accuracy
  • Coordinate, review, and perform engagement settlements
  • Special seasonal projects as needed

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to communicate with colleagues both inside and outside the company at all levels
  • Ability to draft and send e-mails in MS Outlook along with follow-up, as needed

  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and find creative solutions
