The Operations & Sales Execution Lead manages daily operations, coordinates sales processes, optimizes workflows, and maintains client relationships to improve efficiency and satisfaction.
The Operations & Sales Execution Lead will be responsible for running day-to-day operations, coordinating across teams, and ensuring that our sales and delivery processes run like clockwork. You will work with established playbooks and SOPs but have the flexibility to improve them as needed. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and personable—someone who enjoys bridging strategy and execution.
Sales Execution & Coordination:
- Manage sales pipeline operations—ensure timely follow-up with prospects and clients.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support lead nurturing and client onboarding.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and performance metrics.
Operational Management:
- Execute and optimize existing operational playbooks for order processing, scheduling, and customer support.
- Oversee project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and customers to resolve issues quickly.
Customer Experience:
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners; ensure high satisfaction.
- Support the implementation of client onboarding and training processes.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability.
- Experience: 3+ years in operations, sales operations, or related roles (preferably in medical sales, services, or technology, but not required).
- Experience working with Organ Procurement Organizations (OPOs), Transplant Centers or Hospitals is preferred but not a requirement
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic project management tools.
