The Role

The Floor Lead, Operations plays a key leadership role in supporting store performance through operational excellence, inventory integrity, and elevated client experiences. As a trusted partner to store leadership, this individual upholds luxury standards across all aspects of the business while fostering a seamless and refined in-store environment.

Blending operational expertise with a strong presence on the sales floor, the Floor Lead, Operations supports team development, cultivates clientele, and contributes to the achievement of store sales and KPI goals.

Responsibilities

  • Support and inspire a high-performing team culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and excellence
  • Drive operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of inventory accuracy, organization, and loss prevention
  • Partner with store leadership to achieve sales goals and key business metrics, including conversion, AOV, UPT, and client retention
  • Deliver bespoke service and elevated client experiences that strengthen loyalty and brand affinity
  • Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards, ensuring all displays, pricing, and product presentation align with brand expectations
  • Oversee front and back of house operations, including replenishment, shipment processing, inventory audits, and omni-channel transactions
  • Serve as a leadership presence on the sales floor by coaching team members, supporting clienteling efforts, and reinforcing luxury service standards
  • Partner closely with HQ Operations and store leadership to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and support overall store performance

Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years of retail leadership and operations experience, preferably within luxury or premium retail
  • Strong operational and inventory management expertise
  • Proven ability to support sales performance and KPI achievement
  • Passion for fine jewelry, styling, and elevated client experiences
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Shopify, Google Workspace, and inventory management systems
  • Polished communication skills with a collaborative, client-focused approach
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require

Compensation
As required by the New York State salary transparency law, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $26-$28 per hour. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skills, training, experience, and our organizational structure.
