Perform administrative and data-entry tasks for claims and subrogation case management: create cases, process incoming correspondence, retrieve and image documentation, run ISO index searches, and coordinate case information across departments.
Description:
Support position that combines administrative duties with data entry tasks related to claims and subrogation case management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete data entry and creation of new cases into Claritev’s case systems.
- Review incoming mail and electronic correspondence for relevant claim details.
- Retrieve, image, and prioritize daily incoming documentation.
- Perform ISO index searches and identify subrogation opportunities.
- Process incoming emails, faxes, and voicemails into the Discovery Case Management system.
- Coordinate case information with other departments.
