At Endex, we're on a mission to bridge the present to the inevitable by building the most sophisticated digital coworker native in Excel. We're a team working on the frontier of agentic development and applied finance, in close collaboration with leading research labs and backed by OpenAI ($14M Raise in Aug. 2025).

With significant demand after our launch, financial firms across the country recognize agentic AI in financial modeling is the future.

About the Role

Location: New York City

Commitment: 5-6 Days In-Person

Operators at Endex manage strategic initiatives, drive operational excellence, and own business growth. The role flexes across numerous high-impact, high-visibility workstreams, from leading GTM calls, hiring our future team, owning feature roadmaps, establishing new verticals and more. If you thrive in ambiguity and seek the opportunity to build the backbone of a transformational company, let’s chat.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Execute Strategy: Work directly with the CEO to identify, prioritize, and drive forward high-impact initiative

  • Own Critical Operations: Ensure day-to-day needs across customers, partners, and internal systems are met quickly and effectively.

  • Shape the Product Roadmap: Gather insights from customers, evaluate workflows, and analyze the competitive landscape to inform product direction and strengthen Endex’s position as the premier AI Excel tool.

  • Support Go-To-Market: Join key sales conversations, build and optimize our pipeline systems, and create marketing materials and strategy to accelerate growth.

  • Explore New Verticals: Research and validate new markets and applications for Endex’s frontier agentic services, helping define where we expand next.

  • Recruit and Build the Team: Lead recruiting efforts, identify bottlenecks, and manage hiring processes to attract and select top talent.

  • Organizer: You help set the company’s operating rhythm, designing and implementing systems

  • Strong communication: Collaboration across functions and teammates is core to Endex

  • Low ego: You listen actively, welcome feedback, and stay focused on outcomes rather than credit. You’re confident in your abilities but humble enough to adapt and learn.
