Administrative Assistant

As an Administrative Assistant you will play a substantial role in the day to day operations of RTB House in North America.
What you will do:
- manage general administrative and clerical support;
- administrate onboarding processes;
- contact suppliers and vendors;
- prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, memos and emails;
- cooperate with other departments, especially: Finance, HR, HQ Administration;
- support sales team in verifying documents;
- manage supplies and equipment;
- organize business trips and accommodations;
- build local manuals and procedures;
- take care of documentation workflow;
- contact payroll company.
What we are looking for:
- minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role;
- fluency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities;
- positive, can-do attitude.
