Adoption Manager - Operations

We are looking for an Adoption Manager to help manage the long-term success of our implementations and Adoption team. As an Adoption Manager, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to deeply understand our product and our client's business objectives, identify KPIs, measure the success of our implementations, help facilitate training, identify and unblock barriers to adoption. The ideal candidate has experience managing individual contributors, managing clients, thinking strategically, and solving problems. 

The position sits within our Operations Division and will collaborate heavily with our implementation managers, enablement team, engineers, and product managers.

What You'll Do: 

• Develop a deep understanding of MANTL's products and implementation lifecycle
• Learn the business objectives of our clients and use those to formulate and track KPIs that measure adoption success
• Facilitate client-specific training and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) 
• Be a product expert, instructing clients on how they can best leverage MANTL's products throughout the adoption process
• Capture feedback throughout the adoption process and work with Product Operations to transfer that knowledge to our Product team
• Work with Lead Adoption Managers to iterate upon MANTL's adoption processes

Must Haves:

• 3-5+ years of relevant project or program management experience
• 2-3+ years of relevant client management experience
• The ability to develop a deep technical understanding of a software product and leverage that expertise to bridge the gap between business and technology
• Strong analytical and project management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize, track, and deliver results
• Team player with strong communication skills
• The ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities
• Depending on the engagement, travel to the client site may be required
