Associate, Business Operations (Commercial)

What You'll Do
The Associate, Business Operations will support a Manager, Business Operations and will work closely with internal customers. In this role, you’ll be the expert on highly cross-functional processes, supporting and executing deal workflows while having the opportunity to drive continuous improvement across systems and processes. Internally, you’ll support Account Management, Sales, Customer Support, Deal Desk, Finance, and other teams in the HC organization while driving organizational initiatives. Externally, you’ll be the point person for a subset of our practices using our OncoCloud products.
In addition, you'll also:
- Become an expert on cross-functional systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and partnering on execution of those improvements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to operationalize processes and policies to support Sales and Account Managers
- In close partnership with Sales, Sales Ops, and Account Management, support end-to-end deal management processes and maintain and govern Sales & Customer Success data
- Serve as a thought partner to Sales to operationalize unique deal structures
- Project manage and operationalize customer contract terminations
- Work closely with community oncology practices to execute on annual renewals, upsells, and rightsizing for OncoCloud products
Who You Are
You’re a self-starter with 1-3 years of experience in operations, Deal Desk, Customer Success, data administration, and/or project management. You have a collaborative spirit and have experience in supporting Salesforce workflows, implementing policies that affect cross-functional teams, and conducting general data maintenance. You have strong product instincts, are process- and detail-oriented, and are a thoughtful communicator. Additionally:
- You have a demonstrated ability to learn quickly in ambiguous situations
- You are detail-oriented and highly organized
- You are a strong written and verbal communicator
- You have a service-oriented mindset with a focus on communication and transparency around deliverables
- You have keen product instincts with a desire to understand our products and customers deeply
- You are an independent and creative thinker with an entrepreneurial drive
