As Associate IT Project Manager, you will be part of an IT Team that is responsible for designing and developing scalable, maintainable, highly available systems that meet business objectives and SLAs. Your primary responsibilities will focus on IT execution and coordination of Compass Expansion and all Mergers & Acquisitions.

What We're Looking For

• 2-3+ Years of Experience in IT project management with a focus on end-user technologies

• Practical knowledge of the Project and Program Management Lifecycle

• Knowledge of and ability to apply project management techniques, tools, and documents

• Sound decision making ability, detail oriented, and organizational skills with the ability to successfully complete multiple projects simultaneously

• End-user technology knowledge of how IT systems implementation impacts business operations

• Strong teamwork skills

• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills. Committed to providing excellent customer service

• Skilled in developing effective partnership relationships with portfolio stakeholders

• Proficient with the Microsoft Project, Visio, and Office Suite (Excel, Word PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher

At Compass You Will

• Perform the overall day-to-day management of expansion and M&A projects to ensure that project objectives are achieved within time/quality constraints.

• Ensure that project IT requirements are captured and executed.

• Report project progress on a regular basis to ensure the project’s overall direction and ensure on-time completion

• Manage any risks of the project, including the development of contingency plans

• Liaise with any vendors or suppliers in relation to the projects

• Coordinate project technical resources; assign individual responsibilities
