In order to most effectively prevent injuries in a given operational environment, we work closely with each client across many dedicated and leading-edge teams, including client services, data and engineering, IT security and others. Each safety program is tailored to the needs of the workers on the ground and the managers who oversee them, including what types of safety wearables and attachment options will suit them best, and the look and cadence of the safety reports that we’ll provide. The result is an actionable and scalable safety solution that seamlessly becomes part of a facility’s daily routine and is proven to prevent workplace injuries by as much as 64% across hundreds or thousands of Industrial Athletes.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As an Operations Associate you will be a key part alongside the Senior Manager of Operations and Executive Director of Operations to improve business processes and optimize the overall functioning of the company. You will help set and track business performance through relevant KPI frameworks and business analytics dashboards. You will be a big piece in keeping track of the big picture and identifying and improving areas of improvement. In this role, you will help manage multiple projects to ensure successful, accurate, and high-quality output. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Work with the Senior Manager of Operations and other relevant stakeholders to centralize business metrics and KPIs in a robust business analytics dashboard.
• Assist in development and tracking of new company-wide KPIs that can be incorporated in the business analytics dashboard.
• Support the Operations team in process improvement initiatives related to finance, accounts receivable, inventory management, and cost management.
• Prepare and work on financial and operating models to assist senior leadership in strategic decision-making.

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:

• Interest or experience in business operations, business analytics and/or finance roles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with proven ability to inspire others to find creative solutions to challenging situations.
• Self-directed, yet strong team player.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize assignments, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and independently.
• Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint.
• Desire to grow, learn, and expand responsibilities within the Finance and Operations team in a fast-paced start-up environment.
