ROLE: 

We’re looking for our Business Operations Manager who is motivated by our mission to unlock transformational healthcare outcomes.  To simplify the healthcare experience for employers and members, we have created a single digital platform across medical, pharmacy benefits & virtual care. As Biz Ops Manager, you’ll be involved in helping to build the structure and process required for Rightway to scale. By designing sustainable solutions and aligning varying audiences during change management initiatives, you will turn your strategic recommendations into reality. You will report to the VP of Finance and Biz Ops.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Serve as an important cross-functional liaison among Rightway’s teams, improving the overall operations of Rightway 
  • Identify and triage key questions, issues, and roadblocks facing the company and propose solutions you own from beginning to end
  • Conduct quantitative research and analysis requiring complex data retrieval that results in compelling recommendations for our leadership team 
  • Establish operational goals and conduct quality assessments while monitoring daily operations and addressing potential issues when they arise
  • Collaborate on critical operational excellence projects, turning strategic recommendations into reality 
  • Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability
  • Coordinate with the HR department to ensure our hiring plans meet business needs

 

WHO YOU ARE:

  • 5+ years work experience in a relevant field with demonstrated cross-functional and collaborative project or team management experience, and a track record of leveraging data for business impact
  • Someone with a history of identifying and developing business cases for strategic growth opportunities and operational improvements and elegantly executing projects from proposal to implementation 
  • A self-starter with the ability to quickly respond to problems independently and proactively address conflicting stakeholder requirements to achieve creative compromise 
  • Ability to deep dive into data, identify and quantify opportunities, and design sustainable improvements and solutions
  • Highly structured and analytical problem-solver, excelling at building trust among peers, and relentless in execution 
  • Proficient in advanced Excel and other analytical tools
  • Polished communication skills and comfort working with senior leadership 
  • Bachelor's degree required, Masters or other relevant professional degree a plus
