Summary/Objective:
As a Client Operations Manager at Outcome Health, you will manage the end-to-end campaign life cycle - prep, launch, tracking and measurement - to ensure successful implementation. You will partner with Sales to offer ongoing support throughout the client relationship, with a focus on delivering an exceptional level of customer service. You will also serve as the voice of the client internally, working with Product, Engineering, and Business Analytics to improve the OH platform based on client feedback.
Responsibilities: 
  • Project manage cross-functional work streams, serving as the primary point-of-contact for campaign execution and management
  • Trafficking and campaign setup 
  • Monitoring, pacing, and optimization to ensure best possible performance against client KPIs
  • Take responsibility for ensuring timeliness and completion of all expected deliverables. 
  • Consult clients on product capabilities and campaign best practices
  • Facilitate a customer feedback loop to improve on-boarding practices, build retention strategies and influence road-map priorities
  • Partner with our internal creative agency and our clients to manage the creative development and MLR review process
  • Responsible for the evaluation of quarterly, actual, and on-going projections

Qualifications and Experience 
  • 3+ years of experience in digital online media (Planning or Operations)
  • 1+ year of client-facing experience in healthcare media or advertising preferred. 
  • Strong numbers focus 
  • Thorough understanding of media, advertising, and marketing

Travel
Travel may occasionally be required but will make up < 10% of overall employee time
