Artivest is seeking an Associate for our Client Services & Support team. You will assist with implementing new platform and product launches of Artivest technology. You'll work with external clients, service providers, and interact closely with multiple internal teams, including Engineering, Product Development, and Operations to execute successful implementation of our web-based platform. As a member of Artivest's Client Services & Support team, you will be working with leading financial sector clients to help them streamline their investment process.

Our broker-dealer affiliate distributes our products to wirehouses, independent broker-dealers, registered investment advisors, and directly to high-net-worth individuals and family offices. Responsibilities

• Operational Support — assist users (enterprise clients, fund managers, advisor teams, and clients) as they navigate through investment workflows, subscriber profile creation, document completion, and troubleshooting issues
• Configuration — work with enterprise clients and fund managers to create investment flows, map subscription documents using e-signature software, and configure users to launch new funds and platforms using Artivest’s content management system
• Operational Design — assist with designing workflows for each platform/product being launched, to determine how users should use our system to operate and support current business
• Other responsibilities include Escalated Support, Project Management, Product Feedback and Discovery — assisting with getting new platforms launched, delivering the best possible client/subscriber experience, and working closely with the product team to relay customer needs and feedback.

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of Operations (familiarity with Fund Operations a must)
• Must have or be able to obtain Series 7 Securities Licenses within 120 days of hire date
• Committed to client service and delivering a product on time without sacrificing quality
• Organized, detail-oriented, process-driven, with a strong follow-through attitude
• Familiar with wirehouse platforms
• Passionate about automation with a strong understanding of technology
• Experience with DocuSign a plus

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in Operations and/or middle/back office at a financial institution (bank, hedge fund, private equity fund, wealth manager)
• Experience working with Alternative Investments subscription documents and/or order processing
• Worked on client service desk or closely with operations and technology teams
• Established and executed efficient cross-team processes and workflows
• Interacted with clients, financial advisors, fund administrators, and custodians
• Project management experience a plus
