UiPath is looking for a strong director to join the UiPath Business Consulting Team who will be responsible for designing and implementing automation operation model solutions to our customers and partners and increase the adoption, consumption and expansion of UiPath software.

The Director, Automation Operating Model will lead a team of Automation Operating Model consultants and managers, sell and deliver RPA engagements to help customers and partner scale at the enterprise level. The individual will share leading practices with the Portfolio team and provide input on offerings and solutions.

Scope of Activities

· Educate partners and customers on scaling up RPA at the enterprise level by designing and implementing the appropriate automaton operating models

· Work with the C-Level Change team to develop RPA strategy through visioning sessions with customer leadership team

· Advise and design future state automation operating model frameworks

· Advise, lead, and work on designing the future state automation operating model including: demand process, future governance model, delivery and support model, workforce management, quality assurance, training strategy and plan, SOX and internal audit controls

· Support the customer and partner with the implementation of the future state automation operating model

· Manage regional Automation Operating Model team and work with other regional teams

· Work with Portfolio team to develop offerings and sales / delivery toolkits to enable our customers and partners and drive adoption and consumption of UiPath products at an enterprise level

· Support training delivery as needed and identify improvement opportunities for training

· Collaborate with various stakeholders including Channel, Customer Success, Functional and Technical teams

· Collaborate with our Global Professional Services Partners, Global and Region System Integrators, Technology Partners, to understand enablement needs and support partner enablement

· Display customer and partner first mentality

Experience / Education Profile Requirements

· 8+ years of experience with professional services firms in a customer facing role

· Knowledge and experience with Robotic Process Automation required

· Experience with operating model design and implementation required

· Experience with large transformational engagements preferred

· 5+ years of experience driving sales required

· Experience working and managing global teams preferred

· Start-up type experience, with the ability to operate in a fluid and dynamic environment

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

· Results oriented with strategic thinking, creative abilities, sense of urgency and passion

· Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas

· Ability to lead cross-functional team discussions and engage with customer / partner leadership

· Strong interpersonal skills. Proven experience building strong internal and external relationships

· Strong experience with Microsoft product suite including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project

· Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA a plus

· Up to 75% travel required
