We’re currently hiring Director of Business Systems to help drive operational excellence across our go-to-market teams through low friction processes and development of technical solutions that are purpose bit for the challenge at hand. In this role, you will directly manage a team of two and report into the VP of Financial Planning & Analytics

Responsibilities

• As Director of Operations, you will focus primarily on helping the BetterCloud go-to-market teams drive efficiency by implementing friction light processes and technical solutions that are purpose built for the challenge at hand.
• Sample projects you might lead from inception to delivery: realignment of sales territories, rollout/overhaul/ replace key business applications, optimizing data driven pipeline management, working with our Alliances team on deal registration, among others.
• Problem solver - You aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves, self identify problems, and devise thoughtful solutions.
• Requirements gatherer - you are the type of person who takes meticulous notes, calls out cross functional interdependencies, and can give clear concise action items that keep projects on track and on time.
• Able to prioritize tasks - you are a self directed task manager, despite having a laundry list of to-do’s you naturally know what should be worked on first.
• To start, you’ll manage our rockstar Salesforce.com certified Business Systems administrator/engineer with an eye to adding an additional technical resource in the near future as we are rapidly growing out commercial functions at BetterCloud.

Qualifications | Required

• Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and deal with time pressure in an unstructured environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to own the creation of analysis and comfort presenting information back to various stakeholders including senior management.
• Excellent communication, and interpersonal and interpersonal skills.
• Hands on and in depth experience with the Administration and customization of Enterprise SaaS solutions such as Salesforce.com, SalesLoft, Marketo, NetSuite, Zuora, Slack, and G Suite.
• Five + years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications | Recommended

• Familiarity with any scripting language. with a preferred emphasis on Python and Apex.
• Understanding of relational databases.
• Data visualization experience using BI tools like Tableau.
• Excel proficiency to manipulate and analyze data.
