What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the Client Delivery team that implements Zipari products to our clients.
• Ensuring consistent delivery across all clients and own the internal escalation path for Customer Success Management and Client Delivery.
• Establishing and maintaining consistent delivery standards in the form of policies, procedures, governance, templates, and tools to ensure a high degree of quality.
• Establishing career growth for Project Managers and Client Delivery Analysts.
• Working with leadership of Product and Integration departments to ensure consistent and synchronized operation.
• Working with the Operations team to develop and refine the Software Configuration Lifecycle (SCLC) for all products and implementations.
• Coordinating with Customer Success team on client satisfaction.
• Representing Client Delivery on Sales activities where required.
• Informing leadership of risks and issues while working them through with their teams.
• Providing direction to the team and willing to be hands on when needed
• Responsible for assignment, allocation, and management of Client Delivery resources.
• Reviewing and confirming scope and timelines for new business/SOWs.
• Driving strategic planning sessions year-over-year.
• Tracking team budgets against allotments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the Health Insurance industry - Payor space
• 7+ years of experience planning and executing software projects
• 3+ years of experience leading a product delivery or professional services practice in a software product company
• Prior software development experience preferred
• Experienced leader who has previously led large and multiple implementation teams 
• Knowledge of Zipari products is a plus
• Experience using Jira and/or Aha is a plus
• Client service mindset with the ability to handle client relations effectively
• Very strong communication and collaboration skills
• Very strong organizational and management skills
