We are looking for a Director of Clinical Experience to join our Medical team. As a Director of Clinical Experience at Kaia Health, you will be responsible for enhancing user experience by developing and implementing effective educational contents and clinical protocols. Our ideal candidate is passionate about using technology to deliver high quality healthcare, and willing to think outside the box to make a digital experience the best user experience possible.

The role responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with Chief Medical Officer and Medical Director on delivering best-in-class MSK care through Kaia Gateway and Therapy app. 
  • Participates and coordinates related user in-app clinical activities and experience 
  • Develop, implement, and support systems and protocols to promote efficiency and safety of care delivery through Gateway and Therapy app
  • Lead clinical content team and collaborate with the product team on designing and delivering educational contents 
  • Create effective and engaging educational material and/or instructional content to clients and Kaia users
  • Support Kaia research team with on-going clinical research

What you need for this position:

  • An advanced degree in MD, PA or DPT required 
  • 3+ years of clinical and content creation experience related to MSK care 
  • Experience in clinical research preferred.
