THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Director of Experimentation, Growth to our User Growth Marketing team in New York City! 

YOUR IMPACT

  • Drive conversion rate optimization for Gympass digital properties including planning, ideation, testing, optimization, and measurement
  • Diagnose how visitors are interacting with our digital properties through data synthesis, heat mapping, and user recording techniques
  • Propose and size experiment opportunities, build A/B testing/experimentation plans and evaluate test results to help make optimization decisions
  • Set up and manage A/B tests, using Optimize360 or similar tools, and optimize funnels across multiple devices and digital properties
  • Optimize user journey, taking action on key metrics and KPIs, through continuous testing and user experience improvements
  • Partner with product, analytics, and development teams to create a consolidated roadmap and speed up the time to insight
  • Work with marketing operations and technical teams to select the right tools, data partners, and any outlying dependencies needed to operationalize the experimentation program

 WHO YOU ARE

  • A true team player who loves working towards both team and individual goals with at least 6+ years experience in testing/experimentation, growth/conversion marketing, or performance marketing
  • You have practical experience with experimentation (i.e., A/B, MVT, etc. testing)
  • A quick learner - able to quickly capture context and analyze new parts of the business
  • Are a Critical thinker - ability to break down vague problems into smaller, concrete questions and deliver recommendations to non-analytical audiences
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics 360, Google Tag Manager, and testing tools
  • Strong ability to work with numbers, KPIs, and optimize conversion rates while thinking strategically
  • Ability to manage multiple streams, meet business goals in a hyper-growth environment, whilst having a keen eye for detail
  • Localization experience is a plus
