This role is responsible for all functions required to support and improve Independent Advisors facing processes. The ideal candidate will manage relationships with Independent Advisors, address pain points, and provide solutions by leveraging industry knowledge and maintaining a positive attitude. This position will be located at our New York Headquarters in Union Square.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day to day operations & deliver white glove, high touch service for Independent Advisors 
  • Act as liaison between Independent Advisors and internal departments including Finance, IT, Operations, Reporting and Training
  • Escalate issues as needed to the Training, Technology and Finance teams 
  • Escalate Independent Advisor commission payment inquiries to relevant groups as needed 
  • Work with the Implementations Team to oversee the onboarding of new advisors
  • Work with the Business Process team to analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Lead and manage special projects from inception to completion

Qualifications

  • Able to interact at all levels, up to and including CEO, CIO and other C level executives within the organization 
  • Experience working in an Independent Advisor environment required
  • Travel industry experience is required
  • Ability to work independently, follow through and complete tasks with a minimum of oversight
  • Working knowledge of Agresso and CTS 
  • Experience with Agent Commission Statements, Hotel and Vendor Commission relationships and payment and reconciliation 
  • Ability to think ahead, anticipating problems and risks 
  • Flexible, self-directed and motivated individual, able to accommodate shifting priorities 
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and must be a team player 
  • Bachelor’s degree a plus
