The Director of Real Estate will help lead Domio’s Real Estate Investments team to be the global leader in apartment-hotels. He or she will oversee and manage the expansion of the portfolio by rapidly growing our supply of profitable Domio properties. This person will lead the team to make the best investment decisions on behalf of Domio and will create customized apartment-hotels by master leasing best-in-class buildings.

At Domio You Will:

• Lead the real estate growth for specific regions and/or accounts
• Oversee and manage the Real Estate Investment Associates through the entire underwriting, diligence, and funding process
• Collaborate with the real estate development team to efficiently underwrite and execute transactions
• Lead the financing process with Domio’s capital partners for all investments
• Perform market and data analyses to evaluate new market expansion opportunities
• Analyze area zoning, building codes, and regulatory conditions
• Build relationships with real estate developers, managers and private equity investors
• Work with management team to drive property expansions
• Assist the management team with investor reporting and fundraising

Who You Are:

• 4-8 years of investment banking, real estate private equity, or real estate investment and development experience
• Proficient in financial modeling and quantitative analysis - especially in Excel
• Must be collaborative and team oriented
• Strong analytical skills and quantitative skills
• Growth-oriented with a drive to exceed all goals and manage a real estate investments team
• Proven leadership and management experience in building high performing teams
• Be entrepreneurial - self-driven and motivated
• Effectively manage multiple projects and timelines
• Work well with various teams to accomplish company goals
• Strong attention to detail
• Must have the aptitude and desire to learn new competencies and skills
• Passion for travel and hospitality
