The Role
LeafLink is seeking a Director of Technology, Partnerships to serve as a senior member of LeafLink’s Strategic Partnerships team responsible for developing and executing the multi-year strategies for building LeafLink’s relationships across many important technology partners. Specifically, you will prioritize and develop deep and long-standing partnerships with ERPs, point of sale, seed to sale tracking, data aggregators, CRMs and other business applications that are critical to our clients business and align to LeafLink’s strategic priorities. As part of these efforts, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders such as product, engineering, go-to-market, legal, compliance, and finance.
Responsibilities
- Defines, prioritizes, and develops the partnership strategy and engagement model for the cannabis and non-cannabis technology ecosystem.
- Leverages and tailors an existing partnership development / management framework which includes adhering to key principles, a prioritization rubric, diligence process and collaborates with cross functional stakeholders.
- Develops business cases for new or existing partner commercial propositions which aligns to the key strategic priorities of the business.
- Manages large cross-functional partnerships from initial partner development through the full lifecycle of scaling the partnership.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of partnerships experience across technology with a focus on SaaS.
- A strong track record of leading impactful partnership in product-centric environments with significant dependencies and coordination across go to market teams.
- Exposure and experience collaborating with ERPs, Point of Sale systems, CRMs, and data aggregators.
- A willingness to think outside of the box to provide innovative partnership solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
- An operationally focused mindset, with an ability to lead teams through complex relationship management activities by setting a clear vision, and running tight processes.
- Strong executive presence, with the proven ability to influence senior leaders internally and externally, including at the C-level.
