Executive Assistant /Office Manager
Job Description: We are a fully funded tech startup looking for administrative support for our CEO. This role will include (but not limited to) preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Looking for someone with a “no job too small attitude,” a self starter who is just as comfortable working in a team as they are working independently.
Reports to: CEO
Responsibilities:
The Executive Assistant will support the CEO
Office management and personal assistant duties
Work closely with management as appropriate to ensure that the CEO is fully briefed and prepared for meetings
Schedule meetings
Travel support booking flights, cars, etc.
Welcome guests by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries
File and retrieve documents, records, and reports
Prepare responses to day-to-day correspondence.
Take notes
Maintain confidence and protect the company by keeping information confidential
Skills, Education Requirements:
0-3 years experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Must have excellent computer skills and knowledge of a variety of computer software applications; Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of management to handle sensitive and confidential situations
Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a diverse group of colleagues and stakeholders
Must be independent, proactive and have a sense of humor
Strong administrative and organization skills with attention to detail
Work requires continual attention to detail in establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
Strong oral and written communication skills
This is a Tech startup environment, must be a Self-starter with a no job too small attitude
