The Finance team wears many hats – as analysts, strategists, forecasters and liaisons to Wall Street. Whether it’s providing analysis to support business decisions, managing the financial needs of an innovation-focused organization, or partnering across the company to drive results, our passion is providing the analytical horsepower and funding to support OnDeck’s strategic plan. We’re results focused, but love our jobs and are always having fun – and we like it that way.
The Executive Assistant will report to the CFO and provide administrative support to him and other Finance leaders. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of tasks and confidential matters with discretion.
As an Executive Assistant at OnDeck on the Finance, you will:
• Acting as the Central point of contact for Finance functions with other Executives and his/her assistants
• Calendar management - requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants globally, to coordinate meetings across time zones
• Event planning and coordination within Finance
• Support Investor Relations program/activities
• Presentation preparation/editing
• Travel booking and expense report review and preparation
• Document management
• Support new hire onboarding/exit process
• Provide back-up to other Executive Assistants
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Qualifications to make it happen:
Required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• MS Office (strong Outlook and PowerPoint skills a must), Concur, WebEx
• Familiarity with financial reporting and investor relations; financial institution and/or finance department experience a plus
• Self-starter, proactive and ability to balance competing priorities
• Must be a team player
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and good judgement
