The Facilities Specialist will manage a range of services and provide the necessary support to ensure high quality and efficiency for all of Fiverr’s US facilities/branches.

This role oversees many different aspects of a company's operations from managing vendors and contractors to being responsible for the maintenance of the premise. The successful candidate should be an energetic multi-tasker, with attention to detail, performance-oriented, and able to take full responsibility of the day-to-day offices operations. This is a full-time position, reporting to the Facilities Manager.

• 1-3 years experience as Facilities Specialist or similar position
• Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
• Willing to travel to remote sites
• Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles and familiar with lease and services agreements
• Experienced with microsoft office: Excel, Word, etc.
• Experienced with repair or maintenance work included, but not limited to: plumbing, electrical, safety systems, A/C systems and furniture assembly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Good analytical/critical thinking
• BSc/BA in facility management, engineering, business administration or relevant field
