About the Role:

As a Fantasy Sports Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day merchandizing of all fantasy sports contests on the FanDuel platform and optimizing the processes of our Business & Product Operations teams. As a member of the Fantasy Sports Commercial Team, this role will provide the opportunity to work across all aspects of the business, including product development and marketing.

 What you'll do:

  • Create and refine Product Operations processes relating to the publication of fantasy contests and pricing of players in salary cap formats
  • Analyze and define contest prize paytable structures in order to maximize revenue and improve user experience
  • Collaborate with marketing regarding on-site promotions and retention initiatives
  • Perform revenue optimization analyses to ensure contest inventory appropriately capturing market demand
  • Support Fantasy Sports commercial team in establishing best Ways of Working across Revenue and Customer, Business & Product Operations
  • Provide stakeholder input on development of product and backend features
  • Identify and achieve opportunities for cost synergies and savings
  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand the needs of each department on a regular basis

  • Familiarity with SQL and other analytic tools (preferred but not required)

  • Passionate about sports and/or gambling
