Galileo is a new primary care practice with an innovative approach to patient care in New York City. We’re looking for a seasoned leader to oversee a highly-driven team and sophisticated operational model that creates exceptional experiences for our patients.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Build and support a team, enabling both excellent patient care and ongoing team learning and growth
• Implement processes that support core resources and activities such as thoughtful labor planning, robust operational systems, and innovative/collaborative care mechanisms
