OnSiteIQ is looking for the most ambitious women and men to join our Field Operations Management team and deliver our ground-breaking SaaS platform to real estate owners/developers across the country. 

As a Field Operations Manager at OnsiteIQ, your work will be critical in ensuring the growth and reliability of our data collectors used across our rapidly growing network. Your day-to-day activities will include overseeing our field operations team who are tasked with collecting 360 degree visual data on construction sites. You'll be expected to set clearly defined objectives, workflows, and coordination to ensure those out in the field maintain a healthy relationship with construction site stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure that new and existing markets are stable and thriving
• Own the recruitment process - hire, manage and train a team of data collectors
• Use metrics to drive decisions within your markets
• Troubleshoot and ensure hardware/software bottlenecks are managed
• Innovate, iterate and deploy new techniques and strategies
• Representing field operation team in new product development
• Report to operations and strategy team on system improvement
• Responsible for traveling to open new markets as the company grows
• Managing the quality of data from the field ops team to ensure product delivery

• You must have a driver's license

Phenomenal Team Members Have:

• Associates or Bachelors Degree
• 2+ years in construction site or project management experience
• Demonstrated team management skills
• Comfortable with technology
• Valid OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
