Fiverr is seeking for a Head of Category Management with experience leading global assortment strategy and sourcing activities.

This role will define, communicate, and execute a global sourcing strategy that will enable the next wave of growth for Fiverr. This dynamic leader will oversee the sourcing of different categories for continued global scale. Our Head of Category Management will play a key role in Fiverr’s ecosystem, and act as a point of contact for all assortment aspects, including quality.

Reporting to VP Customer Journey, the Head of Category Management will be leading the company vertical view with a variety of category management dimensions, including: vertical product and customer experience; vertical customer segmentation; demand; vertical competitive analysis mainly focusing on the different aspects of supply acquisition; and supply management for new and existing Fiverr sellers.

This individual will lead a growing team of Category Managers and editorial teams, ensuring professional development and competencies are in place to scale the business. By combining the ability to set strategic vision as well as tactical execution this individual will develop metrics, and a reporting mechanism to reflect and guide Fiverr to the desired supply performance.

• Master's/ MBA degree
• 7-10 years of a leading senior category management role and/or supply acquisition management role
• Proven managerial skills
• Data-driven
• Experience with quarterly business reviews, and reporting metrics, as well as generating useful management and control reports
• Process and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, ownership, and follow through.
