Here's what you would be doing at UiPath:

The UiPath IT team is looking for a security savvy to join us as an Information Security Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for building an accountable, information security-conscious culture and a system security infrastructure built on high-quality standards backed-up by effective operational procedures as well as regular status monitoring and reporting activities.The ideal candidate is highly motivated, demonstrating a ‘can do' attitude and need to have a combination of troubleshooting, technical and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle a mix of disparate tasks which may include project and technical work. 

Scope of Activities:

  • Providing guidance and recommendations regarding prioritization of investments and projects that mitigates information security risks, strengthen defenses and reduce vulnerabilities.
  • Performing internal/external security audits and provide regular status reporting on the progress of such projects.
  • Developing and maintain security frameworks, policies and standards.
  • Demonstrating advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT and DevOps controls and related standards.
  • Deploy new and maintain current security sensors and tools.
  • Responsibility for the creation and roll-out of security awareness and training programs Company-wide.
  • Responsibility for overall Company Compliance. 

Job Profile Minimum Critical Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in security Governance, Risk and Compliance or a similar position.
  • Proven experience with compliance management (ISO, PCI-DSS, SOC2).
  • Hands-on experience with Security Risk Management and mitigation planning.
  • Experience in working with customers and 3rd parties.
  • Vast knowledge of network and security tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multi-tasked environment.
  • True passion for Security: familiar with security vulnerabilities, trends, tools and practices.
  • Independent, problem solver and execution driven.
  • Ability to drive organizational wide processes.
  • Strive for excellence and high standards.
  • A+ people person and team player.
