IT RPA Analyst/Developer
Description
UiPath is currently recruiting for an IT RPA Analyst/Developer. As part of the IT team, the RPA Analyst/Developer will create solutions by maximizing the functionality of UiPath’s breath of products. In this role, the RPA Analyst will have the opportunity to apply UiPath solutions to solve customer needs.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Work with business process owners and stakeholders to identify and assess appropriate automation use cases
Lead RPA workshops to understand end to end processes while identifying automation risks, assumptions, and dependencies associated with process automation
Serve as SME to others seeking to utilize RPA for automating and streamlining existing manual processes
Translate business requirements, current and future state process designs to create automation ready process flows
Create detailed process definition documents to serve as a guide for RPA development
Create detailed exception scenarios that RPA design needs to incorporate
Support technical teams during robotic process automation development
Support the planning, prioritization and implementation of automation testing including designing and developing RPA test plans, scripts, and procedures
Oversee test coverage and the timely resolution of defects
Understanding of Python and Object-oriented languages and scripting
Understanding of database query languages
Desired Candidate Profile – Requirements:
Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics. Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Business or related field
Substantial experience with software development life cycle and RPA technologies
Experience with process reengineering
Exposure to RPA platforms preferable UiPath or other platforms such as Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
Understanding of Financial process and terminology
Strong communication, presentation and organization skills; multi-tasking and time management skills are essential
Cross-functional business and application knowledge
Ability to create proper functional requirements and detail specifications
Technical aptitude to learn new software quickly
Ability to break down business problems into logical tasks and think creatively
Project and change management experience, preferably involving IT implementations and UAT management
Ability to prepare standard and ad-hoc presentation decks on required topics, from high level functional overview to detailed technical overview of key data flows
Ability to effectively engage and work with a global team
Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory, fluency in any other languages is a plus
Willingness to travel 25% of the time
