IT Service Desk Engineer
We are currently seeking an IT Service Desk Engineer in New York.
You will be working within the Service Desk team providing a high quality and responsible IT support function to end user of Bonhams supplied equipment and services. This will include but is not limited to:
- Provision and maintenance of desktops, laptops, mobile and desk phones
- Order equipment and spares through the authorised supply channels and ensure procurement policy is followed
- Ensure users are trained on the use of their equipment and understand where to find information and support
- Effectively manage license pools for end user software
- Ensure all equipment is supplied in a secure and standard configuration
- Troubleshooting of end user issues and effective escalation to the relevant support
You will also be required to manage the ITSM service and ensure tickets are resolved within business SLA’s, provide on-premise auction support, ensure all equipment, services and CI’s are maintained and updated in the OSS tools and maintain knowledge repositories to support BAU functions.
You will have a strong technology and support background with at least 5 years IT experience. You will have management of remote access and mobile workforce technologies and experience in deploying and supporting Microsoft OS, Office 365, MacOS and security tools. Microsoft MCSA or equivalent is desirable. Only apply if you are legal to work in the US.
