As a Adoption Manager You Will:

Have the opportunity to drive key business objectives and build a deep understanding of our product and our customers. You will play an important role directly enabling our customers to onboard to and use our products to their fullest potential. You will build relationships across the organization, improving our operational efficiency, and building a better MANTL in the process.

About You:

• You enjoy developing a deep understanding of an organizations products and implementation lifecycle
• You learn the business objectives of our clients and use those to formulate and track KPIs that measure adoption success
• You facilitate client-specific training and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• You are a product expert, instructing clients on how they can best leverage products throughout the adoption process
• You capture feedback throughout the adoption process and work with Product Operations to transfer that knowledge to our Product team
• You enjoy Iterating upon MANTL's adoption processes

We Are Looking For:

• 3 years of relevant client management experience
• 5+ years of relevant project or program management experience
• The ability to develop a deep technical understanding of a software product and leverage that expertise to bridge the gap between business and technology
• Strong analytical and project management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize, track, and deliver results
• Team player with strong communication skills
• The ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities
• Depending on the engagement, travel to the client site may be required
